Following Mandago arrest. A court in Nakuru has instructed law enforcement to arrest Uansin Gishu Senator Jackson Mandago and three other county officials regarding their alleged involvement in the shilling 1.1 billion Finland Education Programme scandal.
The remaining individuals comprise Joseph Maritim, who served as the Chief Officer of Youth and Sports, Meshack Rono, Holding the position of Deputy Director of the County Education Revolving Fund and Trustee, who is Jushua Lelei.

Nakuru Senior Principal Magistrate Peter Ndege granted the directives after Senior Assistant Director of Public Prosecution (ODPP) Hassan Abdi submitted an application.
Speaking on behalf of Abdi, Prosecutor Angeline Chinga addressed the court, stating that the four individuals did not adhere to the legal obligation of appearing for a plea, eleven through the ODPP had proposed eleven (11) charges against them.
